*Breakout session presenters do not need to register in order to submit a presentation, however, you will need to register if you're participating in any conference conference activity

**REFUND AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY:

Due to the fact that our virtual program breakout sessions only will be available on demand to registrants through the end of the year, any refund/cancel requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Requests for registration cancellations must be made in writing via email and submitted to [email protected] by October 5, 2020. Approved cancellations not related to COVID-19 received on or before October 5, 2020 will result in a refund, minus a 10% administrative fee. No phone cancellations will be accepted. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of your request.

There will be NO REFUNDS given for cancellation requests submitted after October 5, 2020. Additionally, there will be no refunds given if you are not able to watch any of the October 28th Day One sessions or any reason including internet or power connectivity difficulties.
