Benefit Package
  • Author tables are located in the exhibit hall.  Location of table is first-come, first serve.   
  • One 6ft table per author with reasonable room for your table-top displays.
  • Various time slots available.  Space is limited, reserve early.
  • $75 fee per timeslot except the last timeslot on Thursday, May 15th at 2:30pm is $60
  • FOUR AUTHOR TABLES PER TIMESLOT
  • FIVE TIMESLOTS AVAILABLE: 
  • Authors can bring a second person to assist with sales.
  • Authors will be listed and recognized in our weekly conference newsletter and conference program brochure and mobile app.
  • Authors may setup one hour prior to timeslot.
  • Authors must tear down quickly so the next author has time to setup.
  • Does NOT include electric. For liability reasons and to insure the highest level of safety, all electrical connections and/or power requirements performed must be contracted through the Show Decorator.  No electrical will be provided by FLA.
  • Does NOT include conference registration
Terms and Conditions
  • Authors agree that the use of photography may be taken at this meeting for internal FLA marketing use only. 

  • Authors are responsible for costs related to shipping and storage, accepting payment for book sales, and submitting sales tax to the Florida Department of Revenue.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by April 1, 2025.  No Refunds will be approved after April 1, 2025. 

  • Author agrees to adhere to FLA Code of Conduct

  • No sign, banner, decoration, or production equipment will be allowed to be attached to the wall or ceiling structure or suspended from the ceiling.  No Author shall use any flammable decorations or coverings, and all fabrics or other materials used shall be flameproof.

  • Authors are ultimately responsible for safekeeping of their personal property at all times.  FLA does not assume responsibility for any missing items.
