Member Refund/Cancellation Policy
* FLA's membership year runs January - December. FLA is unable to pro-rate individual memberships at this time. Due to FLA using an older version of our database, MemberClicks, we cannot pro-rate our individual memberships as is stated in the FLA Manual, p. 29. FLA is actively researching a new Association Management System (AMS) with which to partner. If you join in September, you will be notified to renew your membership starting in October of the current year.
