Member Refund/Cancellation Policy
* FLA's membership year runs January - December. According to FLA's Operating Policies, individuals joining after July 1 are eligible for a 50% pro-rated dues amount. Organizational/Institutional/Friends Group members, Student members, recent MLIS graduate members, and Business members are not eligible for pro-rated dues. If you join anytime between January-September, you will be notified to renew your membership starting in October of the current year.
