Paolo Melillo, Branch Manager with the Orange County Library System, helped spearhead the library's robust ESOL programs and the Making Cents financial literacy series.  He served on several grant committee teams and has overseen and coordinated a variety of library projects and services to empower and serve a host of communities.  His background experience involves extensive work at different capacities in library settings in Quebec, New York and Florida.

Selina Raghunath, Assistant Manager at OCLS, has served on several grant committee teams and has assisted the project principles with all aspects of grant projects including but limited to overseeing the budget, evaluation implementation and grant reporting. Selina currently assists in the management of activities, programs, and staff of a branch of OCLS. Her qualifications include previous OCLS roles such as Special Projects Coordinator for Lifelong Learning, in which she aided in coordinating and conducting a variety of projects and programs including library activities, and Events/Programs Planner in which she developed, planned, promoted, and implemented events system-wide.

Emmie Bileau, ESL Instructor with the Orange County Library System, assisted with all aspects of curriculum development for the Making Cents series. Emmie has experience designing, developing, and implementing culturally responsive ESOL curricula for diverse populations.
